2DAYS LAKE MANYARA AND NGORONGORO SAFARI

Morning after breakfast, game drive in this beautiful park with it’s lush vegetation and tropical forests of giant fig and mahogany trees, takes its name from the Maasai word for "euphorbia tirucalli", a bush which is used to make a thorny hedge to protect their cattle. Elephant, giraffe, buffalo, zebra and a variety of antelope inhabit the park as well as a variety of monkeys and a large population of hippos. If you are lucky you may see the Manyara lions, well known for their tree climbing habits, lazily resting on the branches of an "Acacia tortilis" tree. The birdlife is also abundant with flamingos, pelicans, horn-bills and plenty of forest species. Dinner and overnight will be at Fanaka Lodge. Meals Plan; Lunch|Dinner

Wake up early morning for breakfast and transfer for about 1hour to Ngorongoro and descend into the Crater floor for game drive. Ngorongoro Crater is the largest collapsed volcanic crater in the world and fourteen kilometers of isolated natural beauty. You can expect to see lions, elephants, Zebras, Hippos, Flamingos, Jackals, Rhinos Antelopes and many birds. The birds seen here include eagle, vulture, and flamingos in the Crater Lake, stork, bats, giant vulture, sacred ibis, kori bustard, blacksmith plover, long necked heron and the cattle eagle. Lunch will take place at the picnic site at the crater floor. Ascend to the rim and drive back to Arusha City. Meals Plans; Breakfast & Lunch
