Overview
Explore Nyerere National Park formerly Selous Game Reserve on a private guided tour that start and end in Dar es Salaam. With largest wilderness area in Africa, the Park has relatively undisturbed ecological and biological processes, including diverse range of wildlife with significant predator and prey relationship. The mighty Rufiji River and the lakes are the lifeblood of the park and during the dry season of July through October, it is the place where a huge concentration of wildlife gathers. Visitor to this vast park will be able to enjoy the widest diversity of safari activities including boating safaris, game drives in 4by4 jeep, and bush walking safari with local guide.

Pick up by your safari guide at the point of arrival or place of staying in Dar es Salaam and drive to Nyerere National Park, the journey will take about 4hours through the most unexplored and untouched areas in Tanzania. In the afternoon embark on boat safari, where you'll admire hippos and crocodiles in their natural habitat. Meals and overnight will be at Ngalawa Camp or Similar. Meals Plan: Lunch & Dinner

Breakfast followed by full day game drives in the reserve. Nyerere National Park is a home to large population of elephant, big number of buffalo and wild dog. Wake up early morning for a coffee and off for bush walking safari with bushman for about 1hour, breakfast at the camp and drive back to Dar es Salaam, where you will arrive early afternoon and drop off at the port/airport or hotel of your choice. Meals Plan: Breakfast & Lunch
