3 DAYS / 2 NIGHTS ZANZIBAR ITINERARY PLAN

Pick up from your hotel in Dar es Salaam to the ferry, and board the ferry to Zanzibar. The ferry takes about 90 minutes from Dar es Salaam to Zanzibar. On arrival pick you up and take you to the hotel. In the afternoon possibility to discover the historic Stone Town. This is a walking tour that takes you through fabled Stone Town, where history appears to stand still. With visits to the House of Wonders, the former slave market for East African Slave trade, and the Arab Fort amongst others, it is a fascinating look at the essence of Zanzibar. The architectural style of Stone town buildings is a unique mixture of various influences and culture. Overnight will be at the hotel in Stone Town. the boat and getting back to Stone Town.

After breakfast transfer to Fumba the fishing village in South West Zanzibar and we will take you on Safari Blue to see the dolphins, sandbanks, islands and coral reefs of Menai Bay, a beautiful conservation area. Safari Blue is a full day trip and includes use of top quality snorkeling equipment with guides and instructors, ice cold sodas, mineral water and beers, a delicious Zanzibari seafood lunch with grilled fish and slipper lobster, gastronomic fruit tasting, coffee and Amarula liqueur. There is also an opportunity to sail in an “Ngalawa” – a traditional outrigger canoe-swim in a stunning mangrove lagoon and climb a huge and ancient baobab tree. We around the day off by returning to Fumba by traditional Latin sail and drive back to Stone Town for overnight stay at your hotel.

After breakfast shopping around stone town, and take afternoon ferry boat to Zanzibar.
